eDelivery is a fast, simple and paperless alternative way for you to retrieve your account statements, tax forms and various communications online. Of course it saves money on printing and postage too. It's secure, convenient and easy to enroll.

First-Time Users – sign up in just five minutes:
Click on “Account Access” at the top of this page and then "FAM Funds." Follow the prompts and check the boxes for “Electronic Delivery.”

Existing Account Access Users – enrolling takes just a minute:
The eDelivery option is under “My Profile” after logging in.

Account Access Registration Instructions for First-Time Users 
  1. You will need your account number(s) and Social Security number to register.
  2. Click on "Account Access" at the top of this page and then "FAM Funds." 
  3. Click on "Register" below the login button.
  4. Fill in your account number, Social Security number, zip code and e-mail address.
  5. Create a "User ID" and "Password." Both are necessary. Establish a User ID of 6-10 characters (no spaces) using letters A-Z and/or digits 0-9. It is not case sensitive. Make a Password of 6-10 characters (no spaces) using letters A-Z and digits 0-9. It is case sensitive and must be confirmed. If you want multiple accounts linked to the same User ID and Password, please contact us.
  6. Click on the "Submit" button.
